Why is Oliver so outraged on every interview?

I’m a fan of Oliver, I’m aware of the album delays and drama, but I don’t follow him so deeply? So I think I’m a little out of the loop.
Does anyone else think Oliver is acting a little out of character and kind of childish or is it all on purpose? I swear I can’t ever tell if he’s serious or not. He seemed actually pissed on both on the H3H3 and Anthony Fantano interview it seems
