Greetings fellow intellectuals and societal elites. We come to you today with a proposition. We are looking for new members of our team to aid us in moderation of the subreddit due to a recent influx of users from meme subs which were banned among thousands of others many weeks ago. In addition, we have recently lost a few members of our team who were a huge help to us.

The term "Janitor" basically just refers to content moderation. Janitors are responsible mainly for helping us in the removal of content which does not belong on the sub.

Janitors can:

• Remove posts
• Temporarily ban users
• Permanently ban users at the discretion of other mods
• Approve posts
• Be awesome

Janitors cannot:

• Remove posts which they simply do not like
• Pin announcements to the top of the sub
• Have a significant other and/or social life
• Be cringe

Janitors will join us in our moderation Discord as well as help moderate the front page and new sections of OKBR. You can discuss memes, the sub, pretty much anything with other mods and janitors. Ideas for the sub are always appreciated. Basically just be a normal person.
