A lot of memes breaking rules as of current

I'm seeing way too many memes which are clearly old formats that have been banned or are blatant reposts, one of the memes on hot got 4k upvotes and it was a fucking balkan countries meme. Perhaps this is from the influx of new subscribers who are trying to adjust to the sub and are posting old formats in an attempt to fit in because banking off of formats is just second nature to these people I guess. If other people are noticing this pattern and see these memes please also report them.
