Anybody know my rights as a tenant with a moldy window unit

I’m renting a house that came with a window unit the unit is severely moldy they’ve been out once to “clean” it which entailed cleaning the front and what ever they could and they’re coming out again today to “clean” it again at what point can I get them to take it out and either replace it or replace it ourselves and for the record I’m renting from a local company
