Fostering Kittens

Bethany Animal Control picked up 4 kittens from our complex. The mom cat is kinda feral but does come up to us to eat and get petted. Her kittens were going to get hauled by Animal Control and I didn’t want that. These kittens are very very young barely opening eyes. Is there a foster place or somewhere I can take them? My cat I already have is not welcoming of these new additions. I did buy a kitten meal replacement but they haven’t eaten yet. Any ideas welcome thank you.
