I saw a group of people surrounding a man on the ground and a woman was hystertically screaming “he’s gone— he did too much.” I called the police and he was narcaned and saved. With all of that said, I have realized that carrying narcan can truly be the difference between life and death. With all of that said, is there anywhere to get free narcan from the city? I’ve heard of those programs. I believe it’s also over the counter now? Can anyone confirm and let me know how to get a supply? Also, are they one time use or can they be used multiple times?
