Any GOOD property mgmt groups to rent through? Looking to move into the metro area and have seen plenty of “don’t use this group” posts but not any recommended ones

Hoping to move to the metro area and would prefer a house/townhome with a yard as I have two large dogs. Our budget is $1,400/mo and lower. I’m ready to move in March but have had such a difficult time finding homes in Zillow that don’t immediately get snatched up.

For reference, our credit isn’t great but we have decent renters history (a few late payments during the pandemic but never at legal status) and make well beyond 3x the income requirements. I just cannot for the life of me get any landlord in touch with us after I apply because homes go so quickly
