Advice on long term storage

Looking for some advice on storage facilities that offer a good value per feature/square ft. Climate control preferred but other options will be considered.
Relocating out of state possibly country soon and expect to be gone a year plus don’t have a lot of extremely high dollar goods but have a good amount of irreplaceable memories and sentimental goods no amount of money could replace.
Currently located outside tinker but location is the least important factor. Thanks
