After sifting through a couple hundred sad applications we have chosen 4 incels who we think will make a wonderful addition to our team of unpaid laborers. Rest assured all of them have entirely replaced their schedules for the next 6 months so that they can adequately moderate the sub and delete posts they don't like !!!

The majority of the final decision was based off of responses for this question: "Please describe OKBR." If we thought your description of OKBR was inaccurate or inadequate, the application was ignored in favor of those with more interesting/accurate descriptions. To be clear, there is no firm definition of what OKBR is, but those who described it with interesting concepts or ideas were people that we thought would benefit the team with their unique interpretations.

As of now, we are awaiting response from one applicant, and if they do not respond or choose to turn down the position for whatever reason, we will likely invite somebody else to take their spot. For now though, we'll await their response.

Thank you to all those who applied to help the sub! We appreciate it greatly and hope you stick around to see where we go from here. There will like be applications again in the future, though there is no firm timeline on when this will happen- it usually occurs on an as-needed basis.
