Some analysis based off a comment in the sub
Post Body

So there was a comment made in a recent post, analyzing possible connections between Walter Flynner and Holly.

This comment drove me to think about how much Vince actually might have Bravo'd in the show. The comment simply says "you people need help", which is important to know before you start reading my analysis.

You may not know this because it's one of the more subtle details that Vince slipped into Breaking Bad:

The word help is actually Vince Gilligan's invention: it's an acronym for Heisenberg Ends Lives Properly. You can see this in the methods he employs for each kill. Let's walk through the examples:

1) Emilio: notice how he uses the (I think) phosphine gas. The deadly gas symbolizes Walter's beginning in the drug world. Not solid or liquid, he's a gas that circulates its area without a certain destination.

2) Krazy 8 aka Domingo: Walt uses the lock thing to choke him. He is literally silencing Krazy 8, preventing him from speaking ever again. If Domingo had escaped he would have told the DEA about him, since he was an informant after all.

3a) Dealer 1: this is the dealer Walt runs over. This is a clear sign that Walter will be running over anyone who stands in his way of success.

3b) Dealer 2: this is the one he shot in the head. Obviously, Walter is demonstrating that his enemies' minds are too weak to contend with him. So he destroys his brain.

4) Mike: this one is less clear, but you can see it if you know what to look for. Now, to begin, Walter is delivering Mike's money and gun. They then begin to argue about how Walter ruined their operation with his personality flaws. Walter then shoots Mike in the stomach, confirming Mike's gut feeling that Walter would be his undoing.

5) The neo-nazis: this one is good, like really good. Walter arranges the meeting with the gang and positions his car just so. Then, when he secures Jesse, he starts the machine gun. The chaos that ensues is representative of the chaos that consumed Walter's life and that only an obscene amount of death and destruction can restore order. Wiping the slate clean, as it were. Shooting nazi Jack in the head when he's promising to return his money is a clear sign that Walter had made up his mind.

tl;dr: Bravo Vince
