Cheaper Meats around Ogden?

Hey guys, I'm going to be getting a dog soon and I was looking for a new butcher or grocery store to go to so I can save money on meat. Ideally, I need a place that sells organ meat and is on par if not better in price than 59 cents a pound leg quarters at Walmart. So just let me know of some cheaper butcher shops and places that sell organ meats also. Thank you.
