Good Apartments/Homes-for-Rent in Good Parts of Town?
Post Body

Greetings.

I've read the rule about no "Moving to Ogden" posts, but there don't seem to be many asking specific questions about good parts of town or parts to avoid.

According to my current plans, I will be moving to the Ogden/Hill AFB area for work in early 2025. My anxiety is compelling me to begin my search for a place to live now. I will be making about $76k/year, and I am looking for a 1 bed place that's in a safe part of town, isn't more than a 20-minute drive from Hill along a route without much traffic, is preferably in a suburban area, and is less than $1700 per month. I've read on here about housing prices increasing, so is something like this feasible?

Thank you.
