Recently I left a work from home job supporting Apple...My job was to field questions on all things iphone related...

During my tenure I would encounter Lovely and Ugly....I was always amazed at the UGLY...trashing humanity (please keep in mind we were on recorded lines, so all was verifiable) anyways these UGLY's would come in and say things like (" I don't like your tone! or you are RUDE, or other foulness) all this while they called in seeking HELP? I would confront them telling them the lines are recorded and I am not (for lack of better phrasing) what you say I am doing?

I call these UGLIES "phone cowards" hiding behind the telephone, but more than likely not ever behaving this way (well there are "car cowards" who do equal with the middle finger, horn blaring and RAGE) and of course "internet cowards" just terrible things said in all social media platforms...

I had more Lovely than these UGLIES, but these terrible human beings were not just being UGLY...they were additionally seeking an argument, a fight...their unhappiness was off the charts...and yet...here they were calling in for iphone support??? I am pissed off at the world...let me call into apple support and abuse an agent??

Perhaps when you are raised correctly...You just never get use to such human beings...??
