I’ve had a really stressful past few months. I’ve been job hunting without success, and I’ve realized that the family who I live with genuinely dislike having me around. I had a fender bender that cost me thousands to repair. My stress levels have been insane and I’ve gained 10-15 pounds. I know it’s not a lot, but I’m trying to qualify for the Chicago marathon and I’m worried I can’t/won’t get the weight off. I have days when I absolutely hate my body, even though I don’t look like I’m overweight. If anyone has any tips for helping me lose weight or just generally get my body into a healthier spot, I’d really appreciate it. Or even just some kind words
