Working makes me anxious beyond belief
Post Body

I was between jobs for... Roughly a month. I took time to exercise. I slept better, so much better. I'd lay down and rest and be up in 8-10 hours without issue. I felt stable and well in myself.

I'm in the psychology field. This is my second job I ever had; I got fired from the first for missing a deadline. I fell asleep around 9 pm and it's now 2:48 am. I can't sleep. I woke up feeling like my chest is being crushed. This always happens when I have a job, and I don't know why... I don't know what to do. I want to hold a normal job, but when I do, it literally eats me alive. I hate this.
