I grew up getting into trouble for being in the bathroom to long. I was told I was talking to long, using up all the hot water, the door would be banged on if I took to long or my parents would just treat me like they were mad at me. Now at 20 I take 7 minute showers with warm ish water. I’ve been told it’s to fast for a shower but honestly my fast showers are like 5 minutes. Showering causes me anxiety now and idk how to break that habit. The only want I can stay in the shower longer is by being on my phone but that’s not super safe for my phone. Any tips would be appreciated! TIA
EDIT- I’m also trans so seeing my body is super uncomfortable for me
