So back story I'm the only American at this company from Japan and absolutely love it here. I love everything about my job minus a few deal breaking thing such as the constant travel on weekends, no yearly raises, 401k, strictness, work influx, insurance that idk if it even works for me due to its from Japan and not willing to find out the hard way, the amount of work and what kind of work I'm doing which honestly I should be getting more for managing a lot. 

Basically what happened was a company I worked with remembered me reached out and set up an interview with me on Friday and went to it with open arms because why not. Basically 10 minutes after we interviewed I recieved a phone call and got an offer that was stupid good. Accepted it immediately and submitted my paper work today.

I'm gearing up to turn in the two week notice and hope I don't end this on bad terms as they're from Japan and I'm not sure if they will understand this.
