I recently broke up with my girlfriend a little over a week ago and for the most part we ended things very mutually but I was the one who brought the conversation to the table. Of course I didn’t tell her this but even though we had been together for roughly 8 months I felt as though things had kinda fizzled out. Despite have great physical chemistry, which I might add this was my first relationship where sex was involved, I felt as though mentally I was bored. With all this in mind her 21st is coming up soon and I would really like to send her birthday card because I know she appreciates those and also I would love to have a friendship with her in the future only if she wants that. I do realize that this is probably a pretty good way to completely deny the opportunity of friendship but she truly means a lot to me. Also the content of the card would be a factor as well. I don’t know if I’ll actually do this but I just wanted to get it off my chest! Thanks everyone!
