So I'm 20 y/o who works at the garden center at Lowe's, and I got completely ignored for a promotion as a garden center supervisor, which is basically what I do every day but with a key to the building. I've been working here for 2 years now, and I know where, why, and everything works, and I also get to train and show the new employees the ropes. But today I didn't even get an interview to a job I applied for when It came out 1 month ago, and they gave it to some dude who I WILL have to train and explain where and what everything is. I'm considering putting my two weeks in, and just finding somewhere else where I can start new. It pisses me off more I'll have to train this guy, and show him how everything works, what, and where things are.
