Last day of physical therapy

Today was my last day of physical therapy. I've been going for almost a year because of multiple injuries I sustained. I tore a ligament on my spine and pinched a nerve in my knee. I never thought I'd be at this point. For the longest time I couldn't walk or sit. I was in excruciating pain every day. I even had a doctor tell me my life was over, but I didn't give up.
