Starting Over Again

So after 6 years me and my wife have decided to call it quits we have been separated for close to a month and are currently in the process of filling for a divorce. We both shared the blame as we both tried to fix and we both promised each other lots of things but neither of us followed thru with them. How do I start my life again? I haven’t dated in at least 7 years how hard is it to put yourself out there again? Anyone else has gone thru this?
