I've had severe obstructive sleep apnea for several years, not because of my weight, but just something I have. The ongoing waking up choking and panic attacks have been crippling my mental health, and now that I have some solace with the CPAP machine - it has been difficult to adjust my life and sleeping with it.
Everyday is so hard, I feel exhausted and that my 20s are just drifting by as I attempt to get some sort of rest. I'm worried my efforts in my career will lead to nothing as my performance is slipping.
I really hope I can adjust to using the CPAP machine soon.
