I'm Getting Really Nervous Here...

Ok, so I bought a wig for cosplaying and it's not really a huge deal until next week, but...

I bought the wig on eBay from a guy from China. He sent me a thank you letter that said the following:

"Dear buyer: Thank you for your purchasing, we've sent it for you already, it's on the way to you now.We use EUB—eBay official recommending shipping tool,it can protect shipping safer and speed, you'll receive it in 10-14 days, this is international shipping, more complex than domestic shipping, if you do not receive it in 21 days, please contact us. If you have any other problem, don't hesitate a moment to contact us, we'll try our best to help you."

Now, I bought the wig on the 21st of November, it was through acceptance on the 23rd, and has been processed through the sort facility on the 25th. But get this. The tracking thing says that it's been on that ever since. So basically, I'm a sitting duck, constantly looking at the tracking information with no change. The original carrier is a Chinese post and it usually transfers to USPS afterwards. I've also heard sometimes that the USPS sometimes don't track everything until AFTER it's delivered. Which I don't get at all. So basically right now, the package is either

  1. STILL sitting in China which will really tick me off if that's true.
  2. Being delivered yet with no tracking information. Or worse...
  3. It is actually LOST in the mail and I will never see the light of it.

It's supposed to (well it's estimated to) come in on the 10th this month and I don't know whether I'm just paranoid or if it actually is happening and I'm freaking out. I could do what the seller says, but..

What do you guys think I should do?

EDIT: I messaged the guy on eBay and asked him how we could make it better. I basically told him the situation and said it wasn't really his fault but we should fix it together although I may be paranoid. We'll see what happens...
