Am I becoming depressed?

I feel like maybe I'm becoming depressed or something similar. I feel alone alot of the times, not in a sexual way but emotional way and intimate way such as holding hands or cuddling. I've went as far as to look up on certain sites in my city for men who get paid to just go on a date or listen to women. I honestly want to try it to see, I don't want to have sex I just want to be held. Idk maybe that makes me sound needy or something but I can't think of any other way to describe it
