But I found the chat from my ex and I spent last night just combing through the entire thing. It was almost the entirety of our relationship- a timeline from when things were good and I could pinpoint where things went to utter shit.

It was a surreal experience to know that this woman actually made me happy at some point and saw where I became disillusioned. There was even a line that explicitly said "I know I treat you right, I do not understand why you keep lashing out."

Oh me, so stupid and so blind. Honestly I think it was the prospect of her going to therapy and having the relationship go back to its initial state being my main motivator with sex as a consolation prize.

I'm pathetic.
