I went all 2023 and didn’t get sick. Boom new year starts and I’m sick. Had a tickle in my throat for like two weeks. Tons of tea, ginger shots and Theraflu. Last thursday, it hit me bad. Chills all night, cold, congested and a horrible cough. Most miserable I’ve ever felt in my life. Now Saturday, I only have a horrible dry cough and a bit of congestion. Had a teladoc appointment, he says it’s bronchitis and prescribes antibiotics. I’m pissed off because I feel like I would have just been a healthier human, I wouldn’t be in this predicament as bad. The way I’ve been feeling is 100x worse than when I had Covid. The beer and eating out weekly has definitely got to come to an end. I need to build a stronger immune system.
