Are people flaky or am I the problem?

Lately, I have been getting flaked on or ghosted by most people. Whenever I reach out to a friend they tell me they are down to hang out with me but the day of they either end up flaking or not responding altogether. This also happened to me with a girl I met online. She was down to hang out and we were texting. We had even set up the date, time, and location but she stopped responding. It's hard not to feel like I did something wrong. Not sure what to even do about this. Am I just an asshole? Idk
