Best pieces of advice for an insecure person

As the title said. Give me your best uncommon advice for people dealing with their insecurities, and believe that life is a race for them. I wanna hear new advice that doesn't go with "Life is not a race, we have our own time" or "Focus on yourself and not on others" because I never found them helpful, and (idk why) it pisses me off even more.
