Search tips to avoid the spam?

Since it has become very clear OfferUp is not going to do anything about these shitbag spammers, how can users search without sifting through their garbage? Just a small example, I'm looking to buy some metal shelving but every 3rd or 4th post is from the same despicable user with one of their multiple accounts. They literally have thousands of duplicate ads and it makes it impossible to search. Is there any way to get around this?
