Is this sus?

The seller is in my town but won’t let me pick up. His profile is almost completely empty, no reviews, no sold, no bought. He only has 3 listings which are also Pokémon cards. This one in particular I wanted cos it was pretty cheap compared to market value, and he even looked it up and increased the price when I asked him cos the card went up. He was really adamant about shipping it to me instead of letting me pick up. Is this anything to be worried about?
