Duplicates have ruined this app

I have probably sent 200 messages to customer service asking them to do something about the duplicate ads, and their responses are maddening. They just keep telling me to report, yet the same spam accounts have been posting hundreds of duplicates a day for years and years. I really wonder why they don't do anything to stop it.
