Is it still possible to download Samsung VR video app somewhere?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 with the 2015 GearVR. I want to upgrade to a newer model of phone, but just read that the Samsung VR video app was removed from the download store earlier this year. If I buy a new phone, will it still be possible to use the Samsung VR app somehow? Can I transfer it over from my old phone?
And can anyone actually confirm that an S10 still works with GearVR?
