Dizzy after 1+ year of playing

Post Body

I’ve had a quest 2 for about a year and a half now. Experienced a little motion sickness the first week I had it, it passed and I was good. I play pretty consecutively for a few hours every day as it’s what I use to unwind after work.

Suddenly, I’m starting to feel dizzy and nauseous when I play the same games that I’ve always played, and sometimes even just when standing still in a game like Rec Room, just talking to people. It stops when I take my headset off, but I’ll be left with a headache for the rest of the night, and it has been happening for about 3-4 days now.

Has anyone else experienced this, where you’re suddenly feeling sick after months of playing with no issue?

Edit: In case anyone stumbles across this thread in the future while dealing with a similar issue, I took the suggestion of clearing my device’s storage a bit, and it solved it!
