New PC - Steam VR not detecting Quest via Virtual Desktop.

So I have had my Quest 1 working just fine playing Steam VR games via virtual desktop, but now I have a brand new PC I am struggling to get it working. I can connect virtual desktop to the PC just fine, but whenever I try to launch Steam VR or a game from the virtual desktop side menu nothing happens, no error messages or anything. If I manually open steam via VD and launch Steam VR it can't detect my headset.

I havent changed anything on the Quest itself since my previous, working setup. I have the latest version of VD streamer running and I can connect to my new PC just fine. The PC spec is more than adequate and all drivers etc are up to date.

Any ideas?
