My Rift is having some problems, anyone know ways to fix?

My first problem that I am having is that the right lens on the Rift seems to be foggier or hazier than the left. It's almost like god rays and such were turned up 100% on the right eye as opposed to the left. The headset I had from bestbuy was much better than this one so I am kinda dissapointed.

Second issue I am having is when the screen is all black, I notice a big streak on the right eye that looks greenish. Then doesn't show up on my left eye though. So when both eyes are open, it kind of hurts my head looking at it since it's almost like looking at two different images stacked on top of each other.

Any tips for fixes would be appreciated but I am assuming I am just going to be stuck talking to oculus support about this and be out a headset for a week. I seriously don't want to have to take all my sensors down and send them all back. ugh...

The last headset from bestbuy that I had, had glue under the lens more than this one and it had a slight left tilt, but it never had this green shit and the god rays or w/e this haziness is, was never this bad...

EDIT - If Oculus support asks me to send it back, will they replace it with a new one since I just bought it, or will I get screwed and stuck with a refurbished?
