$15 Store credit for DK2 users?

I had the email last week stating that I would be getting a $15 store credit to compensate for the recent issues. I meet all of the criteria - I have a card registered and I have used my rift since Feb 1st but my store credit still hasn't shown up on my payment screen when it seems that others have now received their credit?

I was wondering if this is due to me using a DK2 as it is technically unsupported? Have any other DK2 users received a store credit?
