I've got a question about adding accounts

The reason I'm asking in reddit is because there literally is no make a new discussion button on the meta website and the solutions there don't work. So I'm hoping someone on reddit knows how to fix this. I wanna add a secondary account on my quest 2, but when I go to the add accounts settings the whole page is greyed out and I can't click anything there. I haven't added any secondary accounts ever because it has always been greyed out or not even there. Can anyone help?
