Do the games off quest 2 look better/run better or do I have tobuy them again??

To make it more clear. I'm wondering since the headset is connected to my pc now, will it look/run better? Or am I going to have to re buy them from Steam to see a better quality product? I'd rather not have to buy them again. But I'm not sure if the quest software makes them better or not than steam.. any help is appreciated... thanks in advance..
