Lens goes black

My left lens just randomly flickers on and off, and now it’s completely dead, and makes the other one go dim, support chat said they would give me an email to see what they can do but its been days. Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes? Ill be sad if my quest turns into a paperweight but the index is looking quite good rn if i have to buy a whole new headset
