What's the best way to get last minute tickets? Never been to a game, I'm lost.

My little brother is here for Thanksgiving & staying an extra day with me after our parents leave.
He wants to go to the Vols/Vandy game tomorrow & I told him I'd try to get us tickets. Apparently, there are tons of resale sites & people selling them outside of the stadium? I'm assuming it's too late to just buy them through UT?
What would the best option be to find tickets at this point? Any place people recommend?
