Why is this sub full of degenerate drug addict horndogs?

I mean for real. Just look at the most recent topics. We need to clean this sub up and stop allowing those conversations. There are subs for hooking up and there are subs to discuss drugs. FYI, I am not against drug use (we should follow Portgual in those regards) or hooking up but I come here to find out about what's going on in my city, not to see some tweaked out fat bald guy trying to sniff out some cooter.
