Open-air seaside oysters?

Iād love to get a recommendation for an open-air place (covered) to enjoy some good oysters with a view of the ocean. Staying at Kitty Hawk but willing to drive for a good place. Companion is vegetarian, so it would be nice if they make good salads as well. Appreciate any suggestions!
Edit: Thank you all for taking the time to give all the great recommendations. We will try out a few of them. Arrivng tomorrow. This should be a great trip.
