Hey peeps, so I'm building my family a multi purpose server for Christmas, and one of the uses is going to be a win VM, physically plugged in to a monitor for my little brother to stream with, he's far from a pro or anything and just wants 1080p 60fps, the server is either going to be paired with a ryzen 6 core or xeon (whatever I can get cheaper) so plenty of CPU power, but all I have laying around in terms of GPU is a 960 2gb, would that be enough for him? And if not, whats the cheapest card that would do? I'm considering a 1660 super if it comes to it as they're cheap as chips these days, but this is a budget server so the more I can save the better,
