I want to record mic audio + desktop audio into OBS.

I can successfully get one or the other but not both at the same time. I saw another thread mentioned you can’t have 2 audio tracks in OBS or something. But there was not a solution in that thread.
If I can’t use OBS, what else can I use to record pretty much a reaction type video. Where I can record myself and then have a video playing next to me. I want to record my commentary and then the audio from the window I’m watching the video.
Any help would be appreciated.
