Screen flickering after stream ends.

Hello guys!
I'm new to this and I need some help.
My specs: i5 4460 Nvidia 1050ti 8 GB Ram
I made my settings watching youtube videos and reading tutorials on the internet but I still get this prblem. My recorded video on youtube is a just a flickering mess, and here is the video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6SJzYPuqnY
