PC specs to dual stream twitch and youtube?

Hi everyone,
I am currently running a dual pc setup with my old gaming pc that has a 1070 and a 5 year old i5 cpu. I am planning on using the obs plugin to handle the dual streaming. I plan on keeping the bandwidth at 4500k and my current upload is 200 megs
Would my old gaming pc and internet be enough to handle the dual stream?
