I need some help, I got back into Oblivion recently and I followed two modding guides. (SinitarGaming's Ultimate Modding guide and Bevilex's modlist) to the letter, adding in only a couple mods that I wanted in personally that I don't think are incompaible with anything, but my game just freezes at the startup screen, either at the end of the logos before the initial loading screen, or at the loading screen before the main menu.

Steps I've tried:

Sorting with BOSS
Sorting with LOOT
Cleaned mods that need to be cleaned with TES4Edit, I didn't clean ones that would break if cleaned, however

I tried a fresh install

Deleted the Oblivion.ini and Oblivion folder in documents

I just don't understand why it keeps doing it? Is there a conflict that I just don't notice?
