[Help] Custom UI's menu can't be clicked on

I've tried using both the dark and normal darNified UI's and I can't click on the menus. I can click in game fine though, My arrow keys work but my up arrow key on my keyboard is broken and the num pad won't work either. The UI is also waaaay to small in game but it's fine in the menus. Any help even if you're unsure if it'll work will be appreciated
I've tried using a manual install, omm and wrye and all have the same problem (except for wrye the custom UI doesn't even show up any clue why?)
