How to increase magicka?

So I'm currently a lvl 28 Breton capped at a natural 294 magic. I have the mage for an additional 50 magicka and have my intelligence maxed out, as well as my will power.
The fortify magicka 50 transcendent stones do not spawn for me, so that's not an option.
I'd rather not use cheats or glitches.
Any reccomendations?
