Club at Center City Gym. Any recent reviews or experiences? Hot Tub?

Just looking for insights on the gym in Downtown Oakland. Center City Club. Seems fairly nice and well-reviewed. Seems like parking is a down side. Wondering if they have hot tub? It looks like sauna and steam room are available. Any insights or recent experiences would be appreciated. Thanks
UPDATE: there is no hot tub. its a nice gym. its 165/month monthly or $150/month for 12 months. parking is $4 a day
